1. LOUIS BARBE / Sortie des Beaux-Arts
Afin de clore en beauté ses 5 années passées aux Beaux-Arts de Paris, dont il vient d'être diplômé, nous sommes très heureux de réserver la moitié de notre exposition d’été au jeune peintre Louis Barbe. L’artiste, repéré pour sa peinture fougueuse et grinçante lors de son exposition personnelle à la galerie en octobre 2025, présentera notamment une série inédite de 16 huiles sur papier, déjantées et terriblement attachantes: "Monstreuil : la mort du streameur"...
To celebrate the completion of his five years at the École des Beaux-Arts de Paris, from which he has just graduated, we are delighted to dedicate half of our summer exhibition to the young painter Louis Barbe.
The artist, who first drew attention for his vigorous and acerbic painting style during his solo exhibition at the gallery in October 2025, will notably present a new series of sixteen oil paintings on paper, both wildly eccentric and irresistibly endearing: Monstreuil: The Death of the Streamer...
2. AHARON GLUSKA / Imagined landscapes
Dans le fond de la galerie, prolongation et nouvel accrochage de l'impressionnante série de paysages imaginaires de l'artiste israélo-américain Aharon Gluska; composés de pigments, encres et peinture coagulée travaillés sur papier dans de grands bains d’eau ou directement au pinceau, cette série nous renvoie à l'émotion inouie face à un paysage vierge, entre puissance et quiétude.
At the back of the gallery, we are extending and presenting a new installation of the impressive series of imaginary landscapes by Israeli-American artistAharonGluska. Created from pigments, inks, and coagulated paint worked on paper in large water baths or applied directly with a brush, these works evoke the profound emotion of encountering an untouched landscape—poised between power and tranquility.
